Shipping Policy

Orders require one business day for processing. If a product becomes backordered, allow one additional day for inventory replenishment. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday, unless Monday is a holiday.

  • California (No limitations)
  • Colorado (No current limitations)
  • District of Columbia (limit 1 bottle per month)
  • Florida (no current limitations)
  • Hawaii (limit 3 cases per year)
  • Idaho (limit 2 cases per month)
  • Illinois (limit 2 cases per year)
  • Iowa (limit 2 cases per month)
  • Michigan (no current restrictions)
  • Minnesota (limit 2 cases per year)
  • Missouri (limit 2 cases per year)
  • Nebraska (limit 1 case per month)
  • Nevada (limit 12 cases per year)
  • New Hampshire (limit 60 bottles per year)
  • New Mexico (limit 2 cases per month)
  • New York (limit 3 cases per month)
  • North Carolina(limit 2 cases per month)
  • North Dakota (limit 1 case per month)
  • Oregon (limit 2 cases per month)
  • South Carolina (limit 2 cases per month)
  • Texas (limit 15 bottles per month)
  • Vermont (limit 12 cases per year)
  • Virginia (limit 2 cases per month)
  • Washington (limit 2 cases per year)
  • West Virginia (limit 2 cases per month)
  • Wisconsin (limit 3 cases per year)
  • Wyoming (limit 2 cases per year)


    • The laws affecting wine shipment do not affect the ordering/shipping of non-wine items. We are able to ship any non-wine item to the state of your choice.

    State and county tax will be added where applicable.

    Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years of age. By placing an order with Vérité, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years of age and that the person signing for the delivery is at least 21 years of age. UPS requires Adult Signature. The person signing for the wine may be asked for identification and must represent him/herself as sober.

    Many states have laws regulating the number of cases of wine that each adult may have shipped per year. If your shipment is affected by this law, we will contact you.
